fear of getting my admission rescinded

Advice

hi, so as the title says, i'm really worried my college admission (to purdue, specifically) will be rescinded. i've been really struggling with mental health and i'm not going to get too deep into it on here since it's extremely personal, but it's taken an extreme toll on my grades.

for reference, i've been a straight A student throughout high school (except for a B+ during freshmen year) and this year i'm doing a program that allows me to exclusively take dual enrollment classes to fulfill my high school credits. this program is split up into trimesters; i had all A's during the fall term, all A's except for a B+ during the winter term, and as for the spring term... i'm ashamed to say 3 B's and an F as of right now (due to missing assignments + quizzes as well as overall low quiz scores). i should note that only one of those classes (that i have a B in) is required for my graduation credits, so i'll still graduate. the other 3 (including the F) will be listed as "additional electives," but i know that they still matter.

i've never been open to my parents about my mental health (i'm asian, lol), and i only just scheduled a psychiatric evaluation mid-june since i turned 18 last month. i also let my counselor know since she emailed me asking about this drop in grades and my poor attendance.

next week is finals week for my program, and i have a lot of missing assignments i've been catching up on so the only things i'm worried about are my missing quizzes that i have no idea when and how to make up as well as final exams. but truthfully, i sort of accepted that i'm cooked lmao.

i've read several other posts on here about people getting emails from their college's admissions office asking about why their grades dropped, and i'm willing to be 100% transparent when this inevitably happens, but i don't know if my transparency + documentation from my counselor and psychiatrist will be enough. additionally, my psychiatric evaluation is after i graduate, so will it even be deemed as valid by admissions? i don't know, i'm so mentally exhausted i only just now have enough energy to think about this sort of thing... i should be catching up on work now too and i'm making a reddit post. i know it sounds horrible and just a lame excuse but truly i've been struggling a lot. i would just like insight from anyone who's familiar with this sort of situation.

i should email the purdue admissions office even before graduation, right? but what else? i would really appreciate if anyone could help me out here.
