HELP in lenovo legion go s

Hey I have problem in my lenovo legion go s it white one with z2 cpu and 16 Ram

Its always with windows OS

It keeps freezing and kicking me out of Roblox, and it also doesn't perform well in shooter games like Ark Riders and Minecraft. Do I need custom settings or what? Please help me. I play simulation games on it, and they're lightweight. I don't know why this is happening to me.
