44 [M4F] Sydney, fit, looking for FWB

I'm 44 almost 45, in a dead bedroom relationship for the last 8 years. I have 2 gorgeous boys. Successful professional career. Work in the CBD. I work out, watch what I eat, well educated. But I'm lonely. Looking for someone fit, intelligent, with good career, successful. Sadly I also want someone honest and kind - I feel awful for saying this. I have no choice been through many therapy, counselling my wife has no libido or for me at least. As I near 45 I want to do something for myself without blowing up my family.

Looking for emotional connection and maybe something more.
