Kulve Taroth siege?

So I’m a returning World player and made a complete new playthrough and last time I played I beat Xeno Jivah, made its armor, heard about deviljho and tried a kulve Taroth mission before losing my playthrough on my ps4

I have just recently made a new playthrough and beat Xeno Jivah and in the process of getting its armor but I saw I got the Kulve Taroth mission again so I tried it and noticed its Arch Tempered

Is there no way for me to try out its original siege mission at an appropriate level compared to my character? And if not when should I actually be tackling the Arch Tempered siege? I had joined someone’s siege and when his Gold came off I started getting 1 shot so I’m worried about ruining peoples runs
