Folder Icon Problem or Bug

Hi, New here and new to SL. I created a test home screen folder with 2 apps inside. Whenever I Long press > Edit Icon > From Gallery and select an icon that worked fine in a previous launcher, the screen turns black and freezes. If I tap my Home button, my screen reverts back to previous launcher setup and SL closes. Any help to make this work would be so appreciated!
