My Donut texting head cannon

So everyone is aware of Donut's love of the caps lock with messages. Well, if I remember correctly from the first book after she transformed from the enhanced pet biscuit she said that she heard everyone in purrs and meows, just as they heard her in galactic standard.

Except cats to vocalize to each other in meows, cats 'speech' is subaudible to human ears. They only meow to people and kittens (whose hearing hasn't developed yet). Add to the fact that all of her prior exposure to social media was from Beatrice. Someone who was the definition of the worst side of the internet. I can only believe one thing:
