What probiotic do y'all recommend?

I'm using boric acid at the moment and I've seen people here say that you should pair it with specific probiotics, but I haven't seen which one/ones. I don't want to rely on Google for answers bc I never know if what I'm reading is accurate or a load of bs. It's also difficult to get ahold of my obgyn rn to even ask. I'd rather hear from someone that has actual experience.

I can't order anything unless it's off Amazon or physically going to a store, so I sadly can't really take suggestions to buy off a different website. I'd literally be using gift cards I've saved bc I'm broke 🥲
