Husband has shoved me hard 3 times in the past week

I am mainly posting here since I don't have really anyone to talk to about this. My husband (29M) and I (26F) have been married for 2 years. We share a 1 year old together. We have been fighting more lately which is pretty unusual. It is mainly because I have been arguing back instead of just crying when he yells at me. In the past week, during arguments, my husband has shoved me hard three times. I tell him not to touch me and then he starts to cry and apologize profusely. I have been exposed to unhealthy/toxic relationships throughout my life so I am not sure what to do.

I just want to know if anyone on here has experienced something similar or even advice.
