2003 maserati keyfob programming

hi, this is not a lockout question i live in the new orleans area and need someone who can handle this.i have a new fob which i moved transponder from old non working fob so car can be driven. i need new remote programmed for door and trunk,and alarm functions.

if anyone can do this or you know someone please let me know...thanx
