Looking overseas for partner from Tier 1 countries

Looking for an overseas Pakistani partner from a Tier 1 country.

I have a software house startup, and we are also building our own micro-SaaS products. I’m looking for a partner who can upload content from there officially. I know VPS is an option, but I want to do it properly and officially.

Since they live there, they can also share the real problems people and businesses are facing or already paying to solve, so we can build better products and services.
