Hyperpigmentation issues

Hi y’all
I was wondering what do y’all recommend for pigment or something that helped y’all from Dollar tree?
I was using orchid,elf, and some Korean pimple patches when I break out but when my skin starts clearing up it leaves a dark spot where the pimple was. I’ve always used Vitamin C serum in the a.m. and bought the PDRN serum from Medicube for night time but no change. I also bought the green tube of Global Beauty blemish control to spot treat but still no change.
My face became so spotted within the beginning of the year and I feel insecure.
