I need help trying to find the name of the "Raiders" that spawn with an advanced fleet which drop Nanite Repair Tech when destroyed. (NOT L-CLUSTER GRAY SHIPS nor Scrap-bot)

I have looked everywhere and I cannot find them for the life of me. I know that they start with a B or something and there are two dialog options (one is that you can call them scum which they are scum). When they spawn they are hostile to everyone and they spawn with an advanced fleet. I think they are trying to purge something but I don't remember. Also when the spawn they send you a message about them purging something.

I just had the message pop up in a message box and due to me barely reading it I just went and destroyed them and got the tech but wanted to look more into them because I am curious.

Can anyone help me out here?
