Are RI beaches always THIS dangerous?

I live in MA, and i visited Hampton Beach on Tuesday, 50 people got arrested, riots, huge brawls etc, So i said, ok, let me drive south to Naragansett, 4 people got stabbed, massive brawls, all these massive hordes of hood rats showed up and were harassing everybody, they even kicked a womans dog in the face. I am deeply saddened, because I had been once before to Naragansett, and i did not know it was so dangerous. Are there any safer beaches in RI? I like how warm the water is down there compared to Maine for example, but i am traumatized. WTF was that!!??
