Discomfort/throat pain every time I take this pill

I am supposed to be on 100 MG of zoloft, but I'm very inconsistent with taking it. I know that's bad. I'm not doing well at all lately and trying to start doing what I'm supposed to, even if i dont want to.

Every single time I take this pill, I feel it stuck in my throat for literally an hour. No matter what I eat or drink with it, I feel so uncomfortable. It's part of the reason I hate taking it so much. No one understands or believes me when I say this.

Do people have this experience? I dont feel this way when I take other pills, just the zoloft every time. It doesnt feel like reflux, just discomfort. What do I do.
