As stated above, I am an Independent. I do not consider myself loyal to the Democrats or Republicans. I will always favor and vote for policy over party. That's exactly how I tackled making this tier list. I didn't try and represent a certain party more than the other, or equally, or make sure I had enough people in a particular tier. I don't tackle tier lists that way.

The placements within the tiers themselves are entirely meaningless. For example, just because I have John Adams ahead of James K. Polk in the B tier does not mean I think John Adams was better. They are both just B tier to me and have been put in the B tier to reflect that. I added each president in order (Washington to Obama) and that's how everything came out.

I already know there's going to be people accusing me of trolling because of certain placements, but these are all just my opinions. I have no interest in trolling or wasting anyone's time. My interest is in the presidents. Not posting fake opinions to make people mad online.

Finally, to clarify what each tier means to me: S tier is strictly reserved for the absolute best of the best. Those with very little to no blemishes and extreme highs. A tier is for the greats, but with blemishes. B tier is for the good presidents. Not great, but above average. C tier is strictly average. D tier is a bad president, but they had some redeeming qualities. F is for the worst of the worst. The people who should have never been president.

Thank you if you actually did read this far. (I know some won't)
