Support still taking a particularly long time to respond?

I had asked about this before and have been patient. I did get response from the initial support request on one item after almost a week and I replied, on May 14. No response back yet. That was through email. I also put in a support ticket on Discord on May 14 about another issue, no reply on that at all after 9 days. I know V5 flooded them, but I'm wondering if I did something wrong.
