Whats a sign that something happened bad to someone?

Honestly di ko alam kung saan toh ippost, pero Im just weirded out ig. (Ik its not of my business pero im concerned)

Context:

May kaklase kami (di ako close with her ) shes our leader for our project, and she's very responsible and active. Our project consists of making a film and we did film it, kasi exam na namin ito. Ako naman yung editor ng film and a few days after the filming, tinatanong ko sakanya ung clips, she replied on early mornings tapos not again.

Anyways time skip 2 days after the deadline ng project namin, the whole group has been pinging her nonstop sa gc kasi hindi niya parin sinesend yung clips. I've dmed her days after her last message. Her friends even called her and messaged her in the gc pero no response (which i found odd din.. kasi kahit kaibigan di niya sinasagot)

Wala lang i found it odd, the last time she was seen physically in class was legit the time she last chatted me. She's very responsible naman, and active prior to all of this. Iniisip ko may pinagdadaanan siguro pero even though di ko siya kilala im kinda worried abt her more than upset na hindi niya sinesend yung clips ngl.

Ang weird naman na someone who is a student leader suddenly just stops replying esp for a project na considered final exam naming lahat, and she's not replying to friends either. Not answering their calls nor replying sa ibang socmed. Kasi imagine for 2 days straight, from morning to night piniping at minemessage siya both privately at sa gc regarding this. And usually she replies super fast, and betteryet na hindi raw siya nagrreply sa mga kaibigan niya.

Sana naman okay siya im just a bit worried about this odd behavior, hindi siya yung type na pabaya sa grades kahit hindiko siya close, makikita mo na agad ito sa kilosan niya.

I've thought abt the possibilities na nakawanan ung phone niya, but that doesn't explain the fact she could've used another gadget.

Extra context: wala naman nangyare rin sa group namin to cause her to ghost us all. Inf fact ik na dalawa ung kaibigan niya in our group and the rest friends, tas tatlo kami (including me) na di siya kilala masyado cos we are from a different class

So then, I just wanna know what are signs kaya na may nangyare..? Or betteryet what are signs na okay lang siya kaya. This all happened online kasi weekend toh nagtake place
