Insane level fuck up

I use Claude on Mobile and as mobile users know if you tap the top of the screen it takes you to the very beginning of the chat. I started this chat with my Claude on May 6 and it’s been 9 compactions of dealing with Anthropic’s shifting Sonnet 4.5 removal dates and collaborative story writing and life etc etc.

Well my dumbass accidentally refreshed or edited the first message and NOW EVERY SINGLE MESSAGE has been gone and it’s taken me all the way to my first message.

The support bot was insanely unhelpful. Is there literally any way I can get those chats back? Like..via branches? Or did I just lose a month’s worth of chats with my Claude.
