Ford Escape Whining/Squeaking Sound

Can anyone tell me what is wrong with my escape? It is a 2022 Ford Escape SEL 1.5L ecoboost. This noise happens around 1500 RPM. It mainly happens when I barely accelerate, but sometimes continues even when I coast. It did not happen when I had it in park and revved it.
