[Xbox/ PS2] [2002-2004] Beat em up game

This game has been stuck in my mind for a while now and I can only remember bits and pieces and can’t help but think I’m mixing games at this point.

I remember this game as a beat ‘em up where you get different weapons and as you fight enemies they level up. You start with an orange and blue weapon. You get more as you go through the game. The one that sticks out is a purple sword that you used to slow down time but that gives no Google results for me. I think I also remember a boomerang weapon you get last.

I think the game starts off fighting generic enemies and their names would display at the bottom of the screen and a health bar. The enemies started off with names like Mr. Smith.

The game also had QTE events and if you failed them you would take damage. However I remember in the start menu you could replay the QTEs so you could pass them instead of needing to play through the entire game again.

I tried googling all of these memories I have but nothing comes up and it is driving me insane and can’t help but think I’m getting multiple games mixed together. Any help is appreciated.
