School refuses to fix name typo on Statement of Entry & certificates

🤚 Asking For Advice/Help

My statement of entry has my last name written incorrectly in all boards (cambridge/edexcel/oxford) and I went to my school to change it BEFORE my exams and they declined. Now what do I do? I told them I want to request that the name would be changed in the certificate when it comes out in August and they also didn't agree, they told me all what they can do is a "letter of identification" (all what i know about it is that it is a paper that clarifies that name A is name B) in my last grade and I should register with my correct name spelling in my Nov session. Is this true? If I register for November with my correct spelling, won't it mess up my UCI number and create two separate student profiles?

Should I do that? Or should I wait till my results are out and I manually change the name somehow? And how? Also (bec it is urgent), in Nov session, should I register with my correct or incorrect name spelling?
