Shiny question

I recently obtained a few shinies on a seasonal character, just wondering if I use that shiny item on my character will it turn into a non shiny item when the character is transfered into a non seasonal character? Same goes for having a shiny item in my inventory when I transfer my character to non seasonal.

And also if I let a shiny item go into my spoils chest and I take it out with a non seasonal character will it no longer be shiny?

Thanks!
