Stremio audio out of sync on Android TV?

Hi All! I've seen this issue mentioned a few times recently, but I haven't found a concrete solution/diagnosis. Never had this issue until a couple months ago, but a good chunk of my streams have started playing with the audio out of sync. I've tried all combinations of hardware accelerated decoding, tunneled playback, etc. and none of it fixes the issue.

I did see another thread suggesting to rewind by 5 seconds and this consistently fixes the issue every time. No idea why this is resolving things, or what the root cause is. I think it may be related to a recent update, but I haven't seen that many others talking about it. Anyone have any insight? Using the Stremio app on Android TV for reference - no issues on my PC.
