Motorino on Rutherford replaced by Seen Kitchen & Lounge

It looks like the old Motorino Enotecha restaurant that recently closed in the small plaza at Rutherford & Velmar is being replaced by a new restaurant, Seen Kitchen & Lounge. There was some basic signage up last week, but it didn't look ready or open. A bit puzzling because that whole plaza is supposed to be redeveloped in the near future, and likely the reason Motorino closed that location.
