Development Times

Does it bother anyone else how long it takes for the next game is a series to come out? For instance, I love the Fallout games. And the idea of 5 being 600+ hours of gameplay is cool and all, but I would rather have a smaller game that can be released every 5ish years vs 15-20 years.

At the 15-20 years that it’s taking some of my favourite franchises to release. I might have 2 new rounds of GTA, Fallout, and if there ever will be another Half-life, in my lifetime.

So I guess, you can boil it down to quality vs quantity debate.

I just wanted to ask you guys and hear you thoughts!
