His hygiene

Hello to everyone, I’ve been wondering about his Hygiene which according to different sources I’ve read seems to have been depraved and disgusting at times, from the claim he would shit himself because he couldn’t control his bowels due to using a medicine/tampons to put up his rectum, just wondering are there any sources on his personal hygiene
