Why is my quest 3s turning off by itself?

I haven’t used my quest 3s in a while so I decided to hop on it today and all of a sudden whilst playing, the brightness dimmed down and three seconds later my quest 3s turned off. It keeps happening and I don’t know what’s the problem. Does anyone have any help or the solution?
