Bot with Google Sheets features

**I WILL NOT WORK WITH ANYONE WHO CHOOSES TO USE GENERATIVE AI**

I am looking to have a bot created with the following features -

• Grabbing a graph from a Google Sheet, and embedding it into a message.
• Refresh button to re-fetch said graph on the same embed
• Allowing a file upload (.csv only, and ideally only from a user with a specific role) with another button on the embed

I also need the following features within Google App Script to support the bot -

• Upon receiving successful upload of a .csv from the bot, wipe a specific page on the sheet
• Upload data from .csv onto the wiped sheet, then formatted by splitting text into columns to separate values from names

I understand some of this may not be possible (especially the App Script parts, I'm not certain). hence why I am willing to pay for your time and effort. If you are familiar with both aspects please reach out via DMs with a portfolio and how much you wish to charge. I will pay whatever price the developer feels is fair for their time and effort.
