If you purposefully look for providers in bad situations or targeting alarmingly low rates, that is NOT consensual. I'm absolutely not rate-shaming thise providers. But if you are a client who deliberately exploits people's financial desperation, you should feel horrible about yourself.
ESPECIALLY if you have the audacity to price-haggle on top of it.
