Pros and cons of being a NP

I completed my BSN. Thinking of continuing on this path and becoming a NP. I truly love all things nursing but trying to decide if that’s the right move for me. Please be honest and share! If you regret your decision, why? If you love being a NP, why? Currently I work in peds but have experience with trauma. Would likely stay in either of those specialties so if you want to share experiences there too!
