6 months sobriety what helps

So I am 6 months and 8 days clean of ALL lust that’s no pornography and no masturbation here’s what helped me…. Altogether I avoided everything in my life that would trigger me I stopped looking entirely of anything that had to do with women until I grew some backbone and was ready to be able to resist bikini pics and normal beauty of women. Jesus told us to stay prepared for his return for he comes as a thief in the night! This scared me to the father and the throne of grace and I found myself whenever the temptation feels like it’s too severe that I can’t overcome that I feel so much heat I say to myself psalms 23 Psalm 23:1 ᴀ ᴘꜱᴀʟᴍ ᴏꜰ ᴅᴀᴠɪᴅ. ᴛʜᴇ ʟᴏʀᴅ ɪꜱ ᴍʏ ꜱʜᴇᴘʜᴇʀᴅ; ɪ ꜱʜᴀʟʟ ɴᴏᴛ ᴡᴀɴᴛ
And so every time I would feel temptation I would say to myself again and again… ᴛʜᴇ ʟᴏʀᴅ ɪꜱ ᴍʏ ꜱʜᴇᴘʜᴇʀᴅ; ɪ ꜱʜᴀʟʟ ɴᴏᴛ ᴡᴀɴᴛ YOU overcoming your addiction is more important than ever I’m sounding the alarm for THOSE WHO HAVE EARS TO HEAR we’re running out of time to warn you the rapture is about to happen and you don’t want to be found NAKED at the wedding! We’re almost there guys if you fall into sin repent but keep your wedding garments clean. Once upon a time when I was in deep sin the LORD ripped my dirty garments and put a new one on me the angels came in and he said you can’t put old wine skins into ne wine skins lest they tear JESUS IS COMING SOON!
