Can hardly eat

I upped my dose to 5 mg 4 days ago. I can hardly eat and when I do, all I can get down is very bland foods. I am exhausted, too, and a little dizzy. I’m drinking plenty of water. Plus, I have bad heartburn that starts in the middle of the night and I can’t sleep, even with the head of the bed raised. I’m eating very small meals, but in order to even get to 1000 cal, I have to eat every hour.
Do you have any encouragement?
