Creepy analog horror youtube channel about an experimental drug gone horribly wrong, featuring a crude animated figure "___bug"??

I am looking for a small indie youtube channel I found a while ago (within ~3 years) that I can't seem to find. It was following the story of some experimental drug which had some kind of horrifying side effects that there was a coverup conspiracy about, either mafia or government/CIA or what, it wasn't clear, the main theme was chaos and confusion. It consisted of a bunch of random pieces of media like found footage from a camera that was just laying in someone's decrepit house while they were walking around, with a lot of video glitches and stuff. What I remember most profoundly was an animation by the drug company which featured a crude drawn figure flying slowly across the top of the screen, then grabbing another figure's head and flying off with it. I remember the figure was a mascot named something-"bug" like skitterbug or jitterbug but I don't think I've got the name quite right. Wondering if anyone remembers this.
