How to download videos from facebook? (crosspost)

Parabolic has been my go to for Downloading videos for a while.

I just tried to Download a Vid from face book and got this error "Unable to download webpage (Unable to connect to proxy)". Is this a problem with Parabolic or have FB just gotten better at stopping downloads?

Any other options? I've tried Youtube downloader and various plugins in firefox. Nothing seems to work anymore (╥﹏╥)
