Did Russia hit Zelensky ?

I was watching Scott on Conspiracy News. Out of nowhere, Scott said Russia hit Ukraine with Oreshnik. The way Oreshnik concentrated Scott said they were going after an underground near an airport. Leadership was waiting in the underground to escape and got hit. He said if Russia is too soft, the British are planning to send tens of thousands of drones into Russia. We will soon find out if Scott is right.
