What’s new: Modern Jobs & Careers

We’ve overhauled the job system to feel more like a real life sim:

• Apply like a real candidate — phone screen choices, then an interview. Nail it or get the “not quite the right fit” email.
• Named companies — your employer matches your field (hospitals, tech startups, law firms, etc.).
• Career ladder — performance, raises, promotions, and getting fired if things go south.
• Workplace hub — tap your job for a dedicated screen: boss, coworkers, performance, and actions.
• Category actions — Work Hard, call in sick, extra shifts, mentor coworkers, handle emergencies, ship releases (tech), patrol overtime (law enforcement), and more depending on your job type.
• Work events — random workplace pop-ups while you age (drama with colleagues, grudges, boss situations, etc.).
• Degree gates — careers like doctor, lawyer, nurse, software dev, and others need the matching college major.
