Hi guys, I work in the deli department and have the worst management atm, so I took the opportunity to complain on my say. However, today at work my DM came up to me complaining about a complaint that was put thru (it was mine) and to make it seem like it wasn’t the one I kinda asked her “oh dyk who it could be?” And she told me that the store doesn’t have access to the names but regional does and she has connections and will find out. I’m worried she’s going to make a hostile environment at work, I’ve asked for department change multiple times but nothing ever happens. WHAT DO I DO 😭💔
