What is a fair wait time for final payout?

I was terminated from my job on the 15th of May. It was weekly pay period and I am owed 1 weeks notice plus accruad annual leave (only roughly 20 hours). I was generally paid on a Thursday evening. The day I was terminated it was 8am, I thought something was odd that day.

How long should I wait before escalating things? I emailed the business owner who does payroll on Friday (22nd) to follow up and awaiting a response.
