Wanted to share how I’ve been consistently making extra money through paid focus groups and market research studies.

First off, everybody’s results will be different depending on your demographics, job, lifestyle, and location. You still have to put effort into applying and qualifying. This isn’t about grinding random 50-cent survey apps all day either. Most of the real money comes from higher-paying interview and focus group platforms.

Here’s basically the routine and sites I use:
**1. The Main Sites I Use**
I try to stick with platforms that connect you directly with real researchers and companies. A lot of these pay anywhere from $50 to $200+ for interviews, focus groups, product tests, or research sessions.
My top ones are:
• **Respondent**
**• User Interviews**
**• FocusGroups.org**
**• L&E Opinions**
**• Adler Weiner**
Some other good ones are Fieldwork, Recruit & Field, dscout, and UserTesting.

I use about 20 different we sites altogether.

**2. A Lot of It Comes Down to Screeners**
Getting accepted into studies honestly comes down to how well your profile is set up and how often you apply.
A few things that help:
• Fully complete your profiles on every platform
• Researchers usually want people involved in household buying decisions
• Higher household income demographics tend to get targeted more often
• Having flexible hours or freelance/remote work can help a lot with scheduling interviews

**3. My Daily Routine**
To consistently hit decent numbers every month, I treat it more like a daily habit than a side hustle grind.
Usually I spend around 30 to 60 minutes a day checking platforms and filling out screeners. Most screeners only take a couple minutes each. I try to apply to around 10 studies a day across multiple sites.
The good thing is you do not need to qualify for everything. Even landing a few solid studies each week can add up pretty fast when some of them pay $75, $100, or a few hundred dollars each.

I also made a full guide that goes more in depth on profiles, strategies, and extra platforms I use for anybody that wants to speed the process up. But all the sites above are free to join, so you can honestly get started right away.

If anybody has questions about screeners or how the process works, feel free to ask.
