21M, will I be able to do PhD and multiple degrees?

My father and my siblings have multiple degrees. I am about to graduate now and will be pursuing master abroad. After which I want to change my career and study another subject and get multiple degree and a PhD. Is it possible? Due to family reasons, I left bachelor's degree and again joined after 6 months. So, I had a gap year-ish you can say that.
