Coastal with nature.

Hello! We are considering where to move by the end of year.
We currently live in Hawaii with a very high COL. Our jobs are remote but have connections to a few cities across the United States.
Our hobbies include swimming, hiking, and biking.
We are liberal, but have lived and have family in North Carolina so we okay with living in a town with a mix of politics.
We will be making roughly 200k together, and would prefer to buy a home and start a family soon.
What is your opinion on living in these cities with our preferences? Newport Oregon, Charleston SC, and Pasa Robles CA?
