Immigrant Visa Interview - Dual Citizen, Any Experiences?

Hi everyone, is there anyone here who gave their interview as a dual citizen, where one citizenship is from a paused or banned country while the other is not. I am particularly looking for cases where the application became a citizen after submitting the DS 260, and the corresponding experiences that followed this.
