Insecure with 7x4.5

I'm a virgin and I wanted to ask some questions. I know 7 is considered above average, but my girth of 4.5 is what I'm concerned about. I feel like I'll just stab into a woman's cervix and not cause them any pleasure. Has anyone with my exact dimensions had any positive experiences?
