Are there discount apps for Chinese restaurants?

I know there are for some Western restaurants, but I'm really more into Chinese food than most of the stuff available on those.

Are there any ways to get a dining discount at Chinese restaurants?

Maybe through chinese apps like weixin or the asian specific delivery apps?

I'm talking about the places that barely have an English language menu.
