Need help with water bill.

If anyone has anything to spare to go toward our water bill it would be greatly appreciated. Ive been scraping by for a while now but ive started to fall behind. The mother of my children is living in a halfway house after doing 6 months in rehab and im doing everything i can to take care of my kids alone but im starting to get behind. Hopefully i wont need to come back here and ask for help again but this is genuinely a last resort. Anything will help and im sorry for asking.
