Am I doing something wrong? All lobbies are full or empty, I cant play at all.

There used to be an option for warfare skirmish or offensive, idk if the names are roght but there were 2 or 3 options in the main menu to get you to an open match. I log on for the first time in ages and the game only gives me enlist or find match. Those are dead ends, either completely empty lobby or completely full and im rejected, are people who log on too late just unable to play anymore?
