Is the Hifiman Edition XS worth it for 114 USD B-NEW?

I'm an audio noob and I was looking to buy my first headphone and saw this deal from an online shop here in the Philippines.

Don't know shit if this is great or is there a better headphone in this price point?

Please also recommend a budget DAC for this maybe less than 100 USD if possible
