Any way to get help with plants/trees on our property?

This year a lot of vegetation on our property is doing bad. Lilikoi, pineapple, flowers, mock orange hedge, mango tree. Everything seems sickly. Landscaper is good at cutting stuff but hasn't been very helpful on saying how we can improve plant health. I think maybe too much rain these past couple years.

Is there any sort of botanist or arborist that I can hire to come out and diagnose all the plants and help get them healthy? Should I just call around nurseries or does anyone know of different type company that will come out to us?
