How do i do those quick m1 dashes on mobile

Im in mobile but I've managed to get good at fighting those dashes but it a gap that I can't cross because I don't know how to do it there is no tut for it on mobile.

It genuinely pissed sme off seeing a 300 kill player do them and them winning because it's a literal gap that I can't cross.

I'm getting better at m1 trading but unless I learn to do that I can't get any better at this game
