How to avoid Food Ads better?

Misc Advice

I keep seeing food ads and then bursting out into tears. I know it's not normal I'm just a little emotionally up and down or what you could call permanently "hangry." All food goes to kiddos first and I get what's leftover, and it's not enough.

I get unreasonably jealous when I see people eat. I get so angry at food ads I have to slam my laptop shut and go take a breather. I blocked a bunch of different food subreddits and even random "dinner of the day" ones because it was making my stomach growl late at night and it's unbearable, it's sometimes painful. I went out for a meeting with friends, and they all heard my stomach growling constantly all evening, which was embarrassing. How do I explain to people I'm not drooling because I had a stroke, but that it was a silly involuntary response to them pulling out a snack from their backpack. Ridiculous!

Before anyone asks, yes, I go to foodbanks. Last week we went and they didn't have shit

¯\_(ツ)_/¯ so, I'll wait for next week.

I just need some more helpful tips and tricks. My body has gotten wise to the whole "drink water til you're not hungry" and it doesn't work anymore.
